Includes essential hardware: crankcase bolts , washers, nuts, cylinder mounting studs , timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug. Includes assorted breather and oil line fittings , plus top end oil screen spring and plug. Includes sprocket shaft Timken® bearing assembly , oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, and oil pump shaft bushings. Bearing races are line honed ; breather cavity is precision machined to optimize breather timing for maximum oil scavenging. Machined for 3.4375" cylinders and tapped 1/4"-20 for gear covers, oil pump, tappet guides, timer, and timer advance. Uses Timken style sprocket shaft bearings and is drilled for 5/16" generator mounting bolts . ’65 models use ’65 alloy inner primary . Generator crankcase gear kit (includes drive/idler/gears and shims) and shafts sold separately . Fitment Notes ’63–’65 models without outside oil lines must use the oil port to the rear of the tappet block or the oil port in the gear cover and run custom oil lines .
