Shipping Policy

Q: Are all items on the D-Zone Free Shipping?

A: All orders include free shipping all day everyday. If free shipping is selected, deliverys within the continental U.S. can take up to 2-3  business days depending on location of shipping address. All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday before 5PM MST. This doesn’t inlcude 1-day handling time.

Q: What if I need my order before 3-4 days?

A: Customers have the option to pay extra for 2-day expidited air shipping for $11.99. *Items aren’t guranteed to arrive within 2 days, but will arrive quicker with the expidited shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

30 Day Returns

You may return any item(s) in its original condition to The D Zone for up to 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  Please note: Items that have been installed, used, “tried”, or missing the factory packaging cannot be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
  • You can return any part purchased from us, including electrical, gas, or special order parts.
  • Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • All returns are also subject to a restocking fee.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit or debit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your bank’s policies, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Packaging

Parts must be returned in the original packaging.  If the item came in a box, it must be returned in the same box.  If the item came in a bag, it must be in the same sealed unopened bag.  Items must include all manuals, packaging, seals, ect.  Please do not write on the factory box or packaging, and leave all factory stickers on the box.
