The breather vent bolt location has been adjusted to the stock location, the stock style air cleaner back plates will bolt up to this engine.
Cylinder heads on the T-series long block engine are '99-'05 style. '06 models will require a set of '99-'05 style offset intake flanges.
The cylinder heads on this engine is specially machined to compensate for the non-stock cylinder length. That makes it compatible with the manifold and the throttle body with stock length intake runners.
